Orders are placed through this store. Final shipping cost and any custom request are confirmed from the checkout before payment.
Processing
Ready-made beads are prepared for dispatch after order confirmation. Made-to-order or limited-run pieces may need extra finishing time.
Packing
Each bead is checked, protected and packed for small-parcel shipping. Tracking availability depends on the selected delivery method.
International orders
Customs fees, VAT, import duties and local handling charges may be collected by the destination country and are not included here.
Returns & issues
If a package arrives damaged or delayed, contact 2CAST with the order number so the issue can be resolved quickly.
